Cancellation and Refund Eligibility
Non-Refundable Bookings:
Some bookings may be non-refundable, if your booking falls into this category, you won’t be able to cancel or make changes
Check your confirmation on the app and the booking details in your account for information on cancellation fees.
Free Cancellation or Partially Refundable Bookings:
If your booking allows free cancellation or is partially refundable, you can cancel it within the specified time frame.
Refer to your confirmation on the app and the booking details for cancellation policies.
Circumstances Not Covered by Refunds
We cannot be held responsible for cancellations or delays due to natural calamities, road jams, or other unforeseen events.
Cancellation for the return trip is not allowed after the ride has started for the round trip booking. Passengers can cancel the return trip before starting the ride from the pickup point.
No refunds will be provided in such cases.
Customer No-Show:
If a customer books a ride but fails to show up on time, no refund or cancellation will be processed.
Refund Process Automatic Refunds:
For eligible cancellations, refunds will be processed automatically.
The refund amount will include the fare, taxes, and charges (if applicable).
Refund Administration Fee:
A nominal refund administration fee may apply to cover processing costs.
Refund: Refund will be generated within 2 working days after investigating the cause of cancellation.
